1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking a session, or purchasing a digital resource from CLETS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services Offered

CLETS provides educational consulting, play therapy, speech therapy, autism support, SpLD (Specific Learning Disability) intervention, academic coaching, and related child-focused services, delivered in person at our centre in Jos, Plateau State, and through digital resources purchased via our website.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Sessions may be requested via our website booking form or WhatsApp. A booking request does not guarantee a confirmed slot until we respond to confirm availability.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without notice, may be treated as a used session and are not eligible for a refund, at our discretion, though we will always try to find a fair solution for genuine emergencies.

4. Payments

Payments for digital packages and resources on our website are processed securely through Paystack. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Refund Policy

Therapy and consultation sessions:

If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, we will reschedule your session or, if you prefer, process a refund for any amount already paid for that specific session.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or a no-show, are generally non-refundable, as the time slot was reserved specifically for you.
If CLETS needs to cancel or reschedule a session on our end, you will be offered a new time slot or a full refund for that session, at your preference.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Paystack, typically within 5–10 business days.

Digital downloads and packages:

Because digital resources (e.g. e-books, downloadable packages) are delivered instantly upon payment, they are generally non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
If a digital file is corrupted, defective, or does not match its description, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will provide a replacement file or a refund.

6. Client Responsibilities

Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate information about their child, arriving on time for scheduled sessions, and informing CLETS of any relevant health, behavioral, or safety information that may affect the delivery of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

While CLETS is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-informed support, outcomes for individual children can vary. CLETS does not guarantee specific results from any service, and our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific service, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and downloadable resources — is the property of CLETS or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Plateau State, Nigeria.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
